THE ANSWER: Bohemian Concentric on clear ground.  Bohemia is a region of what is now Czechoslovakia.  c.1850-80.  This is actually the front of a small doorknob or cabinet knob.

Hints: 

  • The glass is slightly grey. 
  • The millefiori don't match any of the known French or American factories and do match those found in paperweights considered to be Bohemian.
